Down in Utah for a nephew's baptism. Went on an exploratory run through Cottonwood Heights. Legs still very heavy from Wednesday. I think today's run will be good for loosening them. (8 in 1:08:18)

Staying in Richfield, Utah today. My standard 3 hour run three weeks before a marathon. I'd say this one was at a 75% average effort and my pace was surprising me almost every mile on my Garmin. I really like these southern central Utah communities! (23 in 3:03:11)
