| | Easy treadmill run. Most comfortable I've felt all week. I think I delayed my recovery a bit by doing too much mileage. I didn't think that would be the case if I went at a very easy pace, but now I'm finally starting to feel better. Lack of sleep probably didn't help. Note to self: just cause you're pacing the marathon doesn't mean recovery will be as simple as that from a typical workout... (5.8 in 0:47:43)

| | Easy treadmill run. For the past 4 or 5 days I've been feeling some slight discomfort in my tailbone in the first 2-3 minutes of my runs. After my long runs this weekend, the discomfort actually came back worse for a few minutes after I finished each run and just tried jogging around playing with my daughter.
