6.5 miles in the morning 5 miles in the evening This morning I went on one of my runs around green spring golf course. I warmed up with 2 miles then did a half mile under 2:40 then jogged a half mile- did this 3x and cooled off with a mile and a half. Good to get the body movin- Tonight went out for an easy 5 miles up the desert trail. Feeling a lot better than on Saturday. This morning I just felt o.k. Then tonight I felt really good. |
