3 mile warm up then 2 miles at 5:40 pace avg  and a 1.7 mile cool down back home.

Woke up and the hip was stiff. But I needed to push it and see just how bad it was. Warmed up and it was hurting but not crazy bad. So I did the 2 mile tempo through B-hills. It hurt but not any worse than the warm up. So I don't know what to think. Guess I'll just make the best of it... whatever that might be on race day.

2.4 miles around the park loop. Worst run yet. Hip hurt like hell. Bummer.

Clyde- Q for a few of you in SG. I have a friend flying to SG this weekend, planning to do a few hikes in Zion then R2R2R at the Grand Canyon next week. However, all the National Parks are closed. Do you have any recommendations for fun, scenic, good hikes in your general area they could do instead?

Jon- well it won't be Zion or the grand canyon but there are several. Hikes in the area with red rock views and the like. http://www.everytrail.com/best/hiking-st.-george-utah

I've done all of these and they are basically right here in town. The red cliffs area is really pretty.
