ha me and kaylee just kept adding the miles.... we did a .5 warm up... coach told everyone who came out for the first day of winter training to do 3 and told us we could do that too... But we Kinda wanted to bump it up so we went 4.. on the run I felt so sick.. ready to throw up tons of times.. Once I got some water and rested I felt good so I asked Kaylee if she wanted to do striders so we did some fun 8 striders and then we just goofed off and did 3 or 4 more sprint type strider stuff.. it was just fun! :) |
