warm up/ core/ fartleks 6x1 min + 8x30sec with equal recovery
Felt good today! Stuck in with all the girls. It was kinda cool at one point on a cool down I was looking around and we were running almost in like a perfect circle shape. We are doing really good at pushing each other.. I think we just need to work on our water breaks. Ha we stopped for water before the cool down. On workouts like this its not a big deal but maybe on easy runs try and eliminate it more.. Just a thought???? I am going to girls camp the rest of the week and I'm kinda bummed about it cause the season starts next week!!! |
