SPEED! 6x800. Oh gosh I know your getting sick of hearing me say I love running! My legs hurt pretty bad and were pretty tight but I'm figuring out how to work through that and just ignore it and GO! It was a good workout with good times and good mentally. Pushed myself the whole time and got times I was shooting for.. stayed between 3:28 and 3:40. The other week I couldn't get under 4:30!
