1/2mile warm up 2 mile warm up 4x1000 repeats 2 mile cool down this was a good but tough one.. I was really nervous about a hard workout to start out with cause my breathing and cough have been way bad.. and my legs have been bothering me.. But I did the 2 mile warm up and my legs were pretty stiff... 1st- 4:21 2nd- 4:22 3rd- 4:45 4th- 4:25 rough.. Especially that third one I DIED but I really tried hard to bring it back down for the last one.. then cooled down with rachel. |
