warm up/core/6 miles with 4x1min Rpace and 6X30sec R pace..
I listened to coaches advice yesterday to bring my chest forward instead of running upright and putting the breaks on myself. It really helped but I struggled really bad with breathing today. The speed part of it felt good but I struggled with staying with it during recovery jogs and keeping my breathing controlled. Hopefully a day without a PM run will help me recover.. |
