warm up/core/5mile hill workout.
2mile warm up- had to go to the bathroom bad so stopped and lost the team but met them at the hill.. Legs kinda sore
4x1min hills- They felt pretty good. I couldn't hold onto the other three girls totally but I was probably only 2 seconds behind. Legs were sore and REALLY hard to push up the last hill but it was a strong workout.
6x30second hills- Finished it! ha thats what matters. It was pretty good. Felt strong on most of them. Coach told us once we got to him we should pick up the pace since we were getting tired it really wouldn't make us go any faster but it would atleast keep us at the same pace. It really helped!
