So my mileage count is kind of wierd today. But I am just going to go with what the workout sheet says.
So I didn't go to practice today but I got up at 6 to go on a hike with my brother and some friends up in kanab. So we went on a 8 mile hike and while we were up there the trail seemed like it was never going to ernd so they sent me ahead running to find the end.. which I never found.. So I ran a little on the hike.. Then when I got back down and we got back into st george I went for a 4 mile run and then did some barefoot striders after... So I decided even though it was walking my hike can count for 2 miles.. the running part of the hike was about a mile... so thats 3 and then 4 miles and striders makes 8.... oh and I went to Young womans after I ran and we play capture the flag there so I ran around there more... crazy day! |
