I didn't really ask coach how long this workout was so I did it in my head and It came out to about this with all the warm ups and cool downs and stuff..
we did a 2 mile warm up. Then I just got started cause I wanted to be DONE! So we started with a 600 and then two 400s and then three 300s and then five 200s. It was way hard to get through some of these and some of them just didn't feel like I could go.. My lungs from being sick were kind of off but all around I think I gave it my best effort and it felt pretty good. I iced after.. |
