Boring but good.. I've come out of this injury (well not totally out but you know what I mean) with a awesome mind set.. Usually I come out of it really impatient and just ready to get back into the full swing of things.. This time I've come out with a true true passion for running... I just love to be out there with the team (or alone)! I'm not saying I don't care about getting back to being faster! Ha of course! But I think this gave me a clearer mind on the sport and will even drive me to push my self faster and faster during those times when I really just want to let go! |
