I walked 3.5 miles to sugarhouse park and back to watch the fireworks.

I walked 1 mile to the gym. Next, I ran 4 miles at a pace of 5.4 to 7.2 on a treadmill. [(The last 1.25-1.5 miles I ran at a rate of 7.0 (7.2 during the last 0.25 miles)]. I then walked 0.25 miles on the treadmill as a cool-down, before walking home. Total distance was 6.25 miles.

I walked 1.5 miles to the East High School track. Then I ran 4 miles on the East High track (the first 3 miles were at a 10:20-11:00 min/mile pace, but the 4th mile was probably at a pace of 9:00 min/mile or less). I then walked 0.5 miles on the track before running 2.5 more miles on the track. I then walked 1 mile on the East High track. Total distance on the East High track was 8 miles. I then walked 1.5 miles back home. Total distance was 11 miles.

I walked 1 mile to the gym before lifting chest, back, abs, and neck. Next, I used the stair-climber for 5 minutes to loosen up my knee, before I walked 0.25 miles on the treadmill as a warm-up, and then jogged 3 miles at a rate of 5.2 to 7.6. I finished by walking 0.25 miles on the treadmill as a cool-down, then I walked 1 mile back home. Total distance was 5.5 miles.

I walked 1 mile to the gym. Next, I warmed-up on a stair climber for 5 minutes, then I walked 0.25 miles on a treadmill, before I jogged 3 miles at a rate of 5.4 to 7.0. I finished on the treadmill by walking 0.25 miles as a cool-down. I then lifted legs and walked 1 mile home.  Total distance was 5.5 miles.

Later that evening I walked 0.5 miles around sugarhouse SLC.
