I walked 3.75 miles at the Capital High School track.

I walked 4 miles at the Capital high school track.

At home I walked 1 mile on my treadmill at a pace of about 2.5 and an incline setting of 12, before jogging 1 mile at a pace of 5.0 to 5.2 at an incline setting of 0. I then walked 0.5 miles as a cool down. During the jog my left calf that had previously been sore/tender felt fine.

Total distance today was 6.5 miles.

I walked 0.5 miles at a 12% incline, then walked 0.5 miles at a 0% incline as a warm-up. Next I jogged 3 miles at a pace of 5.0-5.8. I walked 0.5 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 4.5 miles.

I walked 3 miles at Capital high school in the afternoon. In the evening I walked 3 miles on my treadmill at a rate of 3.0-3.2 and an incline of 4-8 for about 2.25 of the 3 miles. Total distance was 6 miles.

I walked 0.5 miles as a warm-up, then I jogged 1 mile before stopping due to moderate right knee pain. I then walked 0.5 miles, before jogging 1.5 miles again (without knee pain, although my knee was very tender). I finished by walking 0.5 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 4 miles. I think my right knee is giving me problems from studying in awkward positions.

I walked 1 mile on my treadmill as a warm-up, before jogging 3 miles at a rate of 5-5.8. I finished by walking 0.5 miles. My knees were tender, but held up okay, and the last 0.5-0.75 miles of my jog were at an incline of 2.0-4.0, which was a bit more challenging than I expected, but a nice change-up. Total distance was 4.5 miles.
