At home I walked 1 mile on my treadmill at a pace of about 2.5 and an incline setting of 12, before jogging 1 mile at a pace of 5.0 to 5.2 at an incline setting of 0. I then walked 0.5 miles as a cool down. During the jog my left calf that had previously been sore/tender felt fine. Total distance today was 6.5 miles. |

I then walked 0.5 miles, before jogging 1.5 miles again (without knee pain, although my knee was very tender). I finished by walking 0.5 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 4 miles. I think my right knee is giving me problems from studying in awkward positions. |

My knees were tender, but held up okay, and the last 0.5-0.75 miles of my jog were at an incline of 2.0-4.0, which was a bit more challenging than I expected, but a nice change-up.
