I walked 0.5 miles as a warm-up, then I jogged 1 mile before stopping due to moderate right knee pain. I then walked 0.5 miles, before jogging 1.5 miles again (without knee pain, although my knee was very tender). I finished by walking 0.5 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 4 miles. I think my right knee is giving me problems from studying in awkward positions. |
