I walked 1 mile on my treadmill as a warm-up, before jogging 3 miles at a rate of 5-5.8. I finished by walking 0.5 miles. My knees were tender, but held up okay, and the last 0.5-0.75 miles of my jog were at an incline of 2.0-4.0, which was a bit more challenging than I expected, but a nice change-up. Total distance was 4.5 miles. |
