| | In the morning, a mile in 8:33. Ran the first 600 with Jenny and Abby, then took off. In the evening, jogged to the Slate Canyon hill, and did 4x60 uphill (3% grade) racing Daddy. Daddy was pushing the stroller with Jenny and Joseph. All were probably under 13.0. Best time - 12.7 - new record. Daddy could barely beat me. Then jogged to Provost, played soccer, then jogged back to the house. | Add Comment |
