Today i tried running one mile and i was feeling really good, my pace was 10:00 minute. Then i used the elliptical for fifty minutes, keeping my heart rate around 145-155 bpm. Thanks for reading.
Today I ran a mile and a half with forty five minutes on the
elliptical. I also went to the doctor today and found out that my shin splint
on my right leg is about thirty percent healed. I am getting really frustrated about
my leg and the healing process. But I know that God works all things for those
who trust him. Some times we do not understand what or why we go through things
in this life, but be assured to know that God is in control. Thanks for reading

Today went good for me. The doctor told me I can run a mile
and then do the rest of my work out on the elliptical, but my shin was a little
soar. I have been icing my shin at night and praying for healing. Then I used the elliptical for fifty minutes,
keeping my heart rate between 145 – 160 bpm. Thanks for reading and may God

Today I used the elliptical for fifty minutes and ran for
ten. I have found out that if I used the elliptical first then run my shin does
not bother me as much. Go figure…. Thanks for reading….
Today I felt good so I decided to use the elliptical and
run. I started with thirty minutes on the elliptical and then twenty minutes of
running then back to the elliptical for twenty five minutes. I am keeping my running at a ten minute pace, so running that slow does not bother my shin. I actually felt
like I had a good workout. I have been redoing my back deck and that has taken
a lot of my time. So that is why I am not keeping up with my blog. Thanks for
