Today I felt good so I decided to use the elliptical and
run. I started with thirty minutes on the elliptical and then twenty minutes of
running then back to the elliptical for twenty five minutes. I am keeping my running at a ten minute pace, so running that slow does not bother my shin. I actually felt
like I had a good workout. I have been redoing my back deck and that has taken
a lot of my time. So that is why I am not keeping up with my blog. Thanks for
reading and have a great day…
I am glad the video has helped. I have a question for you? How is your tendentious? The reason I ask is because I asked my doctor today to see if he could help you with it. Sorry it took me so long to get back, but my deck is really keeping me very busy. The good news is that I am almost done.
I took 3 days off and the tendonitis seem to have dissappeared... I think I caught it right as it started so it didn't get too bad. BUT... when it's not one thing it's another... After a great run last night, going upstairs to my room I heard a "click-clock" noise coming from my right knee... and it's still there this morning! Only happens when I go upstairs or put weight on my leg and bend it... gahhh! It doesn't hurt but I'm worried - the noise is loud! I'll have to go to the doctor for this one... wish me luck... Congrats on that deck, I bet it looks super sharp!
Good luck at the doctor. Will you let me know what he said? Thanks
