Today's run I ran five miles at a 7:10 pace with a 0.5 incline. I am in Jackpot, Nevada right now with my wife and enjoying the day with her! Starting this week i cut back on my mileage for my race on the 16th in Ogden. So this week i will be running 45 miles with a long run on Friday of 10 miles. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
Ran four miles at a 7:14 pace in the rain, I hate running
in the rain. For some reason I did not realize that my race was next weekend. I
was thinking it was still three weeks away. So my plan now is to run 30 this
week and then 15 up to my race. Anyway, not much planned for today, work and
rest. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
Ran three miles today at a 7:11
pace. According to my schedule I was should have taken Sunday off, but I did
not realize that my race was next week so I ran on Sunday. That is why I am
only running three miles per day for a couple of days. But today I was feeling
really good and was able to run about 100 meters at a 5:03 pace. The last time I saw times like that I was in high
school. :). Anyway, not much planned work and rest. Thanks for reading and have
a great Wednesday!
I had a good run with Kory this morning. My average pace was 6:43 and i am a little sore right now, but not to bad. Kory ran the first four to five miles, then he decided to run faster. I was happy with my three mile Marathon mile pace, so i started to slow down. Then from there on my run was uneventful. I guess the most exciting thing i saw was a dead bird. I am starting to get a little excited for Ogden next weekend and a little nervous. I know that God will help me and i am fully putting my trust in Him to meet all my needs. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great FRIDAY!
I felt really good this morning. Ran four miles at a 6:54 pace. Yesterday i had a treatment for exercise induced asthma and it sure made a big difference. Anyway, not much planed for today rest, yard sell shopping with my mom and a movie. I will let you know what movie i go to and if it is a good one to see. Thanks for reading and have a GREAT SATURDAY!
