I had a good run with Kory this morning. My average pace was 6:43 and i am a little sore right now, but not to bad. Kory ran the first four to five miles, then he decided to run faster. I was happy with my three mile Marathon mile pace, so i started to slow down. Then from there on my run was uneventful. I guess the most exciting thing i saw was a dead bird. I am starting to get a little excited for Ogden next weekend and a little nervous. I know that God will help me and i am fully putting my trust in Him to meet all my needs. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great FRIDAY!

Good work Barry. I like the taper pattern. Throwing in the 11 miler was a good idea.

Awesome run! Should be a real confidence builder for your race next weekend.

Nice work Barry. I think you meant to say sore and not soar. If you soar you would be like an eagle and your pace would have been way faster than mine. :-)

I have no room to talk my grammar isn't any better at times.
