Another run of three miles at a 7:16 pace. I can not believe that my

race is next weekend, wow time is going by fast. Well, not much else to

I would run 12 miles tomorrow since you've ran such low totals the last few days. Just to keep the endurance in check. Let me know if you want to run together.

If you ran 12 miles Friday Saturday would give you a low mileage day. Plus you would be well rested from a long run which would be 8 days away from the race.
