barry,

thanks SO much for the encouragement. i aplogize for any wait on reply; i have no excuses except the ones that don't matter. i have to tell you, the last few days seemed discouraging as i was trying to make a single-handed attempt to improve my condition by only running faster and pushing harder...not much success. at this point, i have read your comment and feel strongly that i should follow in the direction i was heading, and keep up my long distance runs as well as additional aerobic activity, to accomplish my bb goals.

i only wish you needed great tips...but you seem to be doing great on your own. hopefully i'll learn from the best!
