I had to run today, because my wife and i are going skiing tomorrow. So i had to run today so i could have tomorrow off :).. I am not sure why i ran so fast, but i did. My pace was 06:37.91, but please remember that i am running on a treadmill. Thanks for reading this and have a great weekend, or what is left of it....

Barry - just wondering. How did you feel with the 11 @ 6:37 pace? Considering it was on the treadmill, I think that in real simulated race conditions, you'd easily be able to not only shatter your short term goal, but meet your long term goal. a 1:30 half is only 6:51 pace. You're easily there. I think goal adjustments are in order! Great progress in such a short time!

Thank you for the idea of adjusting my goal times. Running the 6:37 pace was really hard for me. But before i change my goals i would like to accomplish them on a race cource. I am not sure why i feel that way, but i do..
