Morning: I have notice something. What is that? I am glad you asked. Rain, that is what helps me to run faster. I wanted to get out of the rain as fast as i can. Which is not a bad thing, I guess.

Barry, I would guess I'm going to be at both marathons this year if work permits. I would be glad to meet you for once and even go for a post race meal afterwards.

That sounds great! I will pray that your work will allow you to run these races. Do you have any time for these races? I would like to run a 1:28 for Salt Lake and a 1:25 for Ogden. Kory was thinking i could run a 1:20 for Ogden, but i think that is too much for me right now.

Why not run the half at SLC and then do the full at Ogden? Good stepping stone.

Because i have chosen Ogden to be my PR course for my half marathon. But, Kory and i will be training on the Pocatello Marathon course so i am thinking about running that as my first marathon. So what i mean is we will be doing all my long runs done on that course to help my body to adapt to it. I did talk to my wife about having post race meal (Salt Lake) with you and she thought that was a great idea.
