Nice easy run today, my pace was 8:27. I am a little nervous about the race on Saturday. I also found out today that my GYM will no longer have any more classes and my wife is really upset. So i guess we will be going to a new GYM next month. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Also, here is the website for the race i ran November 1 along witht the race results. http://www.justcuzhalfmarathon.blogspot.com/

No worries, Barry. You've put in very consistent training all year. You have the heart. You have the stamina. You have the power. Your legs will carry you to that finish line. You are going to fly! Can't wait to read the report :)

Thanks for your support, it helps me a lot. I did see in the weather that there might be chance for rain and even some winds (11-17mph with gust up to 25mph.) So i am asking God for a miracle and that there will be no wind and if there is any wind that it will help and not hurt.
