Nice easy pace today! I figured out why i was getting sick while running, with Gods help of course. My water bottles had mold in it, shame on me for not cleaning it. Oh well!! My pace was an 8:30 per mile. Thanks for reading and have a good day!!

Evening: Had a nice easy run by myself. Ran four miles at a 9:07 pace. My right leg was a little soar, but not to bad.

I know it was nasty. But the thing is i never could taste it. They way i found out was when i went to fill my water bottle with water i could see the mold. But i really makes sense why i was getting sick. I would drink my water around one mile and then around mile two i would be sick. So my wife told me to rinse with bleach and rinse it out with water and that would kill the mold. So i did and it did clean it out. So when i ran today i kept a good pace and felt good. Thanks and have a good day!!
