No running today. My leg is really soar so i decided to take a brake from running today and tomorrow. I think the time off will help my leg to heal. I will try runnning Sunday. Thanks for reading and have a great day... :)
I think with the injuries you've had you jumped up too fast in doing 8, 10 mile runs. I would start out with doing 3 miles for the whole week. Probably the increased long runs caused you to get hurt again. Take it from experience.
