Barry, I would at least run 10 miles. At least a a comfortable pace that feels good. Where are you running? I'm going to do a 10k race in IF tomorrow.

Kathy, Matt (neighbor) and I are going to run the Pocatello marathon course. Kathy is going to run eighteen miles. The reason I am only running eight is because everything I have read says when increasing your mileage only increase it by 10% per week. What do you think? Also, good luck on your race tomorrow, I will be praying for you.

Two more miles will not hurt you if you drop your pace the last two miles. It's a good idea to run 10 to get used to the outside altitude. Treat the last two miles as a cool down.

What time are you guys running? I'll be praying for you as well.

We leave Kathys house at 8:30.
