I had a really good run. My legs were feeling good and my pace was not too bad. Th pace per mile was 8:16 and i had little pain in my legs. This is what i will be running this week.

Mon- 6

Tues- 6

Wed- 6

Thur- 8

Fri- Off

Sat- 13

Total 46

I am not sure if i am going to do this right. This is the kind of schedule i was thinking about running before my half marathon...

Five weeks before my race- 50 miles

Four weeks before my race- 45 - 50 miles

Three weeks before my race- 40 - 45 miles

Two weeks before my race- 35 - 40 miles

One weeks before my race- 30 - 35 Miles

November 1, day of race....

 Any suggestions!!

Thanks. You are also doing good, i bet it is really hard trying to run and school. How much longer do you have until you finish school?
