After a weekend of eating everything in sight, I got my fat behind on the treadmill this afternoon. It felt good to work up a sweat and to push myself to run a little faster. 5 miles felt great!

Started out just walking on an incline because my right foot hurt all day yesterday. Quickly got bored with that and started running. Happy to be on my way to St. George for the long weekend!

So happy to be in suuny St. George! Got up at 5:30 to go running with my mom and her friend. It was a great way to start my day & my vacation!

Can I just say that I LOVE running in St. George. Went out with my mom and her friend this morning. We started out up in Kayenta and then ran through Ivins and to Santa Clara. It was beautiful! There's nothing quite like the smell after rain in St. George - wonderful! So happy to have reached 6 miles today - a record since my pregnancy.
