My plan was to do 5 on the treadmill this morning. I got the baby to sleep and the twins watching a movie and started out. The first mile felt great, the second was even good. Somehow I hit the wall on the 3rd mile and nothing felt good. I pushed through it and made myself do one more to hit 4, but that is all I could do. Not really sure what the problem was: a complete lack of sleep due to a baby that is up all night, eating crappy yesterday, hot. But whatever it was it was UGLY!! Hopefully I can regroup and get a solid run in on Wednesday. |
