Did the 5 mile loop on river trail and then grass loops. Ran into mantz the last
5 on grass and then Garnica and Stanford on my way back
7 miles around Kiwanis Park. Felt pretty tired and my leg was feeling a little funky.
3.15 in the afternoon. 2 by myself and 1.15 with my wife. Felt better than this morning.
Train tracks then a loop around a park. Felt pretty good compared to yesterday.
2 loops around sertoma, intramural and small intramural.
Didn't bring my watch but went out to the water thing on lover's lane so it was just part 6
3 mile warm up (6:20ish) then plan was to alternate 5:35 and 6:00 for 7 miles. On my second 5:35 my nose started bleeding bad so I stopped and then just decided to chill the rest of the long run
