| Got up this morning and Ran. Ran into Superfly and gave him a swat up high. I was impressed he was up so early. hips feel a little sore after the work out. feet feel a little sore. probably need new shoes soon. will do another 3 on the tread mill tonight. People are telling me to hold back a little longer before i start two a days. let my body heal they say. if i start now i will get injured or will burn out? not sure what to do? |
