| I was going to do some mile repeats when Dustin called and invited me to run a few from the running center. around mile 3 i felt a pop in right calf. I had to stop, stretch. Ran like a duck all the way back to the store. Messsaged it and iced it last night. still sore this morning. |

| Ran on the treadmill 10 miles. I was watching Utah get beat by utah state. What an ending. warmed up mile 8 min pace. the first three miles. then came down to 6 min pace. held on to the end. the last 1/4 mile pushed the treadmill 05 incline and ran 5:45 pace. Not sure i could hold this kind of pace on the road. calf is feeling better all the time. made sure i streched and warmed down. I feel the difference today. |

| Ran with the club Dave and Steve. I was pretty sore and I bonked just after we stoped by the store (Running store.) It was like I hit a wall. I should of ate something that morning. I was greatful that Dustin & Sunnie drove by before the dog pound guys picked me up. other wise it would of been a long weekend in the kennel. This week going for 55 plus. |

| I ran with Dustin. Dustin is great to run with. He gives a gentle push to pick up the pace. Steve on the other hand shoves me to utter exhaustion. wore my new tights that I bought from the running center by Movies 8 on north bluff by resultz Gym. they work wonders. legs felt warm. Hip flexors were sore after the run. |

| I had a rendezvous with the road, just me, my blue tights and the dark night air. I Took it fairly easy most of the way. I tried to stretch my hip flexors by doing some cross over stuff Steve showed me. Calves were sore after the run. |

| After looking at Steve’s monster day, I felt I had to man up and get a few miles myself. I ran out the door and ran directly to the recreation center and hit the treadmill. My Left calf started to hurt the last quarter mile. Average pace 6:50 with warm. 1 % incline. |

| ran with the double D's and Steve. We Ran the painters course. We took one wrong turn and ended up only going 12.5. I ran out of gas around mile 9 when Steve and Dave picked up the pace. I think I have some work to do with my endurance. Good work out. will try for 60 next week. |

| Ran ten simple miles. ran down to the virgin river trail. met up with Jen and her two dogs. ran a couple with her. Ran back home. took off work today. it felt nice to run in the sun in the middle of the day. daughter and her husband droped by and spent the night and they left at 10 am. after they left I slept until 1 pm. | Ran up telegragh road and over the freeway and into the desert reserve. I am going to the BYU game tonight so I will not run with the guys tonight. Legs felt real sore most of the way. I picked up the pace the last two miles and it seemed I was feeling a little better. When I got home I walked by the mirror and said "Mirror, Mirror on the wall who is the fastest runner in the Land!" Could it Be Dave, Dustin, or Steve, or even Clyde. To my surprise the mirror replied. "A wise old owl sat in an oak, The more he heard, the less he spoke; The less he spoke, the more he heard; Why aren't we all like that wise old bird? |

| Due to the Holiday season I think I should change my fast running blog to fast running Blob. I am afraid to get on the scales. This morning I woke up and ran down river road. Discovered a wallet with some bank cards and Drivers License on the the bridge. "I said to my self Merry Christmas!" After I had Lunch and went to Vegas I decided to find the persons number and thank her for a wonderful day. Alright, I could not live with my self if I did such a thing. I called her and had her pick it up at mt work. I must of looked kind of suspicious running around town with some womans wallet. The run went ok. Nothing special. |
