Ran on the treadmill 10 miles. I was watching Utah get beat by utah state. What an ending. warmed up mile 8 min pace. the first three miles. then came down to 6 min pace. held on to the end. the last 1/4 mile pushed the treadmill 05 incline and ran 5:45 pace. Not sure i could hold this kind of pace on the road. calf is feeling better all the time. made sure i streched and warmed down. I feel the difference today. |
