I have decided to start logging my cross trainning. so when I start running again I will be in a habbit of logging. My next doctor appointment is 21 june. My foot feel better. i am sick of the gym. went 6.2 on elip m in 33 min, 11 mile bike in 30 min. 5 min on stair climber.

Went 6.2 miles on the eliptcal machine. 31 minutes. went another 10 on the bike. I will be seeing the doctor on the 21st to see if i can start running again. foot feel a little sore still. hopfully that is just from not doing much activity.

im Back!!!!! I went to meet the club at the park. no Steve, no Dustin and no Clyde. I was all dressed up for nothing!! I wore my nice new spira's. Just as i was ready to leave David Holt showed up. David Holt, Wow! He is probably in the top three as far as running ability here in washington county. I decided to run the jeff galloway method. run a couple of miles, then walk a couple of minutes. Dave was very kind. he did not once try to push my snail pace. left foot a little sore. will cross train friday.

Ran with the club. Felt pretty good. hamstrings are sore. My plan is to run every other day for a week. 10 percent more. cross train on off days. was nice to see the super three again.

I ran 3 easy miles with my boy. I was at the gym earlyer on the elyptical and bike for an hour. I felt like an old man running. My form seemed ridged and tiny was my stride.

Ran 6 miles, slow as the day is long. took an hour. my quads cramped up the last mile. I ran with Jen who kept reminding me to take it easy. I tripped and fell down around mile 4. now i know am just about back to normal! because falling down in normal for me:):)

I ran down the road with the club. warm night. legs are sore. mostly from cross trianing. putting ice on my feet every night seeems to be helping.

got up and ran 3 slow miles. slow at first. but i picked it up the last mile. will cross train tonight. I got along way to go to get back into the shape i need to be in. I can run for 60 minutes but after that i am spent.
