| Ran a slow 3 miles. My calves were extremely tight. And every time pushed off on the right calf I could feel a twitch. I stopped running and stretched. I walked home to be on the safe side. |

| Ran with the club. Steve,Dustin, Clyde, and Dave showed. We ran out to Steves store and back. We did a mile tempo run half way back. The city already had the finish line all set up at the park. I think we are ready to all have pr times. I had a good night sleep last night. i do not think i will get much sleep tonight. |

| Ran with a few friends and the company of 4,600 runners. People were screaming at me and trying to make me drink out of some cups. Occasionally I ran into some person who had a stick of Vaseline. I wonder what they wanted me to do with that? The first few miles were interesting. Someone biffed it right next to me and got trampled. Around mile 4 I ran over several road kills. Spots of blood and bone. I thought to my self. "Poor Clyde and Dustin, may they rest in piece." I was moving nice and felt good until Veyo hill. Then my right calf told me that I was a pain to carry, and it wanted to quit. The moon looked cool. Big and bright. I did not get my goal time, But there will be other marathons. I had a good time. I was glad to find Clyde and Dustin alive and well at the finish line. |

| Went "spinning" this morning for an hour. Good exercise and it gives my body a break from my running injuries. Decided to do some cross dressing. So I put on my be girly out fit and went running! (I ment cross training? Not cross-dressing.) I ran down to the rec center and glided on the elliptical machine for 45 minutes. Then I went into the Pilates class and showed of my flexibility. (Oh the pain.) My calf’s had a major heart attack. After my experience I ran back to work. Side note: chicks dig men who do Pilates. |

| Ran with the club. Brother Holt and Brother Behunin decided to see if they could kill an old man. We went up the dreaded main street hill up to the desert reserve and cut across the golf course. I began to get discomfort in the right calf on the trail. By the time we got to the golf course I had to slow down. I ended up walking back to my work about a mile. Iced the calf last night and messaged it. Feel a little better today. I am not going to run on it for a week and let it heal. |
