Ran at 4:15. Went up diagnal street. down sunset and around the black mountain. legs feel ok. abs were a little sore. calfs feel ok. just missed Steves voice message that he was meeting at the park to run a few:(:(

Glad to see you are feeling a little better. Are you thinking of doing the Butch Cassidy race? I have a shirt that you left up at the cabin, I'll get it to you some time.
