Ran with the club Dave and Steve. I was pretty sore and I bonked just after we stoped by the store (Running store.) It was like I hit a wall. I should of ate something that morning. I was greatful that Dustin & Sunnie drove by before the dog pound guys picked me up. other wise it would of been a long weekend in the kennel. This week going for 55 plus. |
