Ran a few miles with Dustin and Steve at 8 pm. still very hot at this time so we decided to take it down by the river. we were running at a nice pace most of the way. I was just feeling good about every thing then steve decided he had had enough. he put it in high gear and took the lead for good. he must still be upset about my soap opera comment. took the hat off for this run. felt cooler not to have it on. |
