 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

we met up at the stake center at 4:30 , Mustang, The little Buddha and Bigfoot. Little Buddha and Bigfoot and I decided to run the first half of the course. At Veyo  I started throwing up.  after that episode was over things felt fine.   Great run with good friends. Then decided to run 5 more to keep it my first long run of the year.

Feeling good about my running.  Knees still sore.   But as long as i have plenty of rest. i am good.

Sounds like a good time. Sorry I missed out on running with you guys but im trying to not bump up to fast and get hurt again.
