I woke up to the pounding of a cement truck this morning at 5:30 am. My blessed neighbor decided he needed a little more drive way. Since I was up, I decided to go for a run. Nice morning for a run. Kept it simple and ran with out my mp3 player. Just the cars, the sky and me. Feeling a little sore in the legs so I did not push it too much. Ran 7 miles. Will do about 3 more tonight.

5:30 am! Wow, that's impressive.

Just thought I'd wish you luck with the 20 on Sat. I'm dissapointed I'm missing the run but hoping to be back to normal by Tues.
