am--5.25 Climb to Paradise w/ 10 minutes uptempo on the way back. Nice start to the week.

am--4.5 Harmon's Trail w/ 5x form striders after. Feeling slow until I see at pace.

am--4.5 Fun run in the rain. At first, everyone was being wimpy. Once kids started puddle-jumping, fun was had by all.  

am 1--3.75 Nice run on the Mayor's Loop w/ Ellie, Josie, and Sylvia. Runs like this are such gifts.

am 2--6 Threshold work on the grass w/ 5x striders in the track. Finished w/ some barefoot on the turf.

I finished an interesting soccer book--Angels with Dirty Faces: How Argentinian Soccer Defined a Nation And Changed the Game Forever--by Jonathan Wilson. Great read in the wake of Argentina's WC success.

am--4 SC Drive w/ the boys this morning. It was fun chatting. Kids seem to be in good spirits after 3 weeks of building.

pm--6.25 Foggy Anasazi run w/ the full chipmunk. Great way to end the year. Some stats:

• 260 hours of running

• 100+ trail runs

• 110,000+ feet of climbing

I helped coach an athlete to the distance triple crown and sun-5 minutes for the 1600 this year, too.
