I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--3.75 Vineyard for 1st day of track practice. Fun group.
pm--4.5 Harmon's Trail w/ Aspen and Andee. Feeling better.
pm--4.25 Tempo loop w/ 4x hill sprints and some running on the track.
pm--6.25 Anasazi w/ the Chipmunk extension. Good to get out.
pm--7.25 Anasazi w/ Cholla and Chipmunk. Woke up feeling sick, so I was dragging at the beginning. Ended up gliding along by the end. Also, this was trail run 100 for the year. Always a goal of mine to get in the dirt.
