pm--9 Did my mile repeats on the tready @ 1.5%. These are tough and surely comparable to my soon-to-be half-mile grass/dirt loop. I went 6 x 1 mile @ 7:03 w/ 400 meter recovery. Felt comfortably hard. I will cycle back through the mile repeats @ 85% on the loop, starting w/ 4 x 1, followed by 5 x 1, and, finally, 6 x 1.
