pm--4 weird week. Everyone in the house is sick & I've tried to be a comforting presence. On another note, I've found that, for me, the best way to sabotage anything is to put a plan to it.
pm--7 Nice little run to see if I remember how to do it. I scoped out a loop for repeats. It's a good one--.5 miles w/ a mix of grass, dirt, gravel, and a tiny bit of bike path. Ought to do.
