pm--8.5 Green Valley to Star and back. Added gloves to the regular running garb and all was sufficient. I enjoyed the run and look forward to finding a solo groove for a few weeks.

I also finished Great Expectations. It really is a funny, painful book, but I enjoy it. Maybe, I'll suggest the name of Wemmick for our next pet.

pm—7.5 The weather was beautiful this afternoon, so I headed out on the SC Parkway. I don’t force a negative split, but it seems to come. A quicker pace makes for a smoother gait.
