I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--4 SC Drive and Vineyard back w/ my neighbor. Fun to hit the roads again even if I need to struggle to adjust. Saw some xc kids.
am--4.5 Heights w/ 3x :60 @ mid-7s pace. 'Twas fun to pick up the pace a bit. I don't do it enough. Saw the xc kids again.
am--5 Old morning route up past the high school w/ 9x :20 w/ enough recovery to do another. Felt good to throw in some pickups. I'm also just finishing up The Maltese Falcon by Dashiell Hammett.
am--4.5 Harmon's Trail w/ James and Tyler. Feel like I might be getting something back.
am--5 Canyons and back w/ Tyler. Starting to feel better on the roads.
am--7 Anasazi w/ some Northern Disclosure. Nice way to finish a bigger week.
